The existing Carrollton West Pet Hospital, considered to be one of the finest animal hospitals in Texas, has decided that it needs a facility that truly reflects the respect and the stature that the practice has earned over the years. The location of the new hospital is on a much larger site directly adjacent to the current hospital. The new 20,000 square foot facility will contain two levels. The Veterinary Hospital and a first class Boarding Facility will occupy the Ground Level. The Upper Level contains primary owner’s offices, a conference room, staff day care, and a two bedroom residence. The Hospital contains 7 Exam Rooms including one for exotics. The Waiting Area contains a giant turtle pond together with a waterfall. A Training & Obedience School / Doggie Day Care Gym abut the Waiting Area. The Hospital also has Treatment and Surgical areas for birds, exotics, reptiles and furry critters. The Boarding Facility contains Standard, Deluxe and Luxury Run’s for dogs plus 3-compartment condos for cats. The superbly landscaped site contains 3 outdoor canine exercise yards, a stone and wrought iron gazebo and a large dog park.
