After working in a very small and cramped veterinary clinic, four partners (3 vets and 1 business manager) who also happen to be two married couples decided they needed to be in a full service veterinary hospital that truly reflects the high standard of medical care that they provide to their clients. In addition they also want to provide boarding and retail plus a resident living unit for one of their staff and all on a very small site. The solution was a 10,460 SF three-story structure with one level below grade that opened onto a sunken courtyard. The veterinary hospital occupies the first floor and the resident unit occupies a small second floor. The Lower Level contains a staff lounge, boarding runs opening on to the courtyard, storage and unfinished space for future expansion.
